Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete and model. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career when she turned 16 and she quit her gymnastics. The Pro Card was awarded a year later, at 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She started to compete at fitness competitions after quitting the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. Within a single year, she earned her pro card when she was 17. She was an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was off the stage for 6 years in order to finish her college. When she completed her college degree Ariel came back in the year 2015. She continued where she was in prior contests including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She continued to compete for several years after her debut show setting higher targets for herself every year. In 2009, she had achieved four more fitness championships. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel was on a break for a while after earning her Pro card so that she could earn her college diploma. In the month of October, 2015 she returned to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She came in third at the event. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified for Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel was on the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel was elated of her 6th position in the Fitness Division even though she being completely unprepared. In light of the fact that she had to compete against best of the best. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing the best version of her body every year. Ariel likes to focus on her back. This is made up of bent-over rows, pull-downs that use a single hand with a pull-up device and the seated rows. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving on to the work outs. Additionally, Ariel is known to make use of her time the best way possible. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings on all of her exercises in the back. It involves three or four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
